My husband and I were recommended to Derek by my parents. He was very responsive and helpful in purchasing our first home. He was attentive and knew what we were truly looking for even before we did. He was patient and respectfully took his time with us on purchasing our home and getting the best neighborhood we could. We’ll definitely use him again and refer anyone to him.

I met with several realtors before deciding the work with Von. I was impressed with the thoroughness of her research and in-depth analysis in determining the listing price for my home. Most other realtors just thought for a moment and threw out a number. Von was professional, direct, and honest in providing detailed guidance about which upgrades must happen before photographing/listing and which things were a waste of money. Von’s contractor contacts were instrumental in getting my house ready on my aggressive timeline. All work was done and the house was listed 3 weeks from the date we first met. The house sold on the 3rd day on the market with multiple offers. She was a tough negotiator on my behalf when finishing closing the deal and closely read the contract before sending to me to sign. Closing went very smoothly and then Von sent a lovely, thoughtful gift to my new house. I cannot say enough good things about what a highly competent, hard working professional Von is.

Judith was very caring and resourceful during the entire buying process. We were out-of-state buyers and Judith took the time to show us multiple properties “Remotely” which worked out great for us. Her patience dealing with our high expectations and our indecision as to what kind of home we wanted is be commended. We highly recommend Judith to anyone looking for their next home. Cindy Ira

Celia is an extremely personable realtor. She will listen to what you're looking for in your home search and work overtime to help find the home of your dreams. She's a realtor you can trust and is EXCELLENT at negotiating with the sellers. She helped my family buy the perfect house at a great price in a seller's market. Celia knows realty, and I wouldn't ever recommend going to anyone else!
