Matt is the best at what he does! We would not want to use another Realtor, ever! He made the stressful process of buying a home fun, and as easy on us as possible. Negotiated additional buyer incentives from they builder/ seller. He even negotiated for the builder to deliver on new appliances (washer/ dryer/ refrigerator) at no charge to us, during the final deal on our home.
