My husband and I are first time homebuyers, and we had such a great experience with Karen Alvarez. At times we hit road blocks and felt like giving up but Karen always encouraged us not to quit or give up. She said be patient and we would get the perfect house. And with her help that’s what we did now we have our forever home. And we are forever grateful for her.

After many very frustrating months of trying to sell my house myself and through another realtor- a friend suggested I call Tina. What a difference! Her knowledge of our area market allowed me to finally relax and let her handle the endless negotiations involved in selling an older house in need of much TLC. She mixes complete professionalism with compassion and kindness. She walked me through every step and kept me informed of our progress. She even gave me a ride to my closing! She is a rare breed in business today: a genuinely nice person. I feel like I not only successfully sold my house but I also made a new friend. Thank you Tina!
