We probably made things more difficult for Stella, because we were an all cash buyer and we did not want realtor representation. We were also an out of town buyer so we negotiated a price prior to arriving two days later. Stella did a great job communicating back and forth with us and the seller. The home description was spot on and drew our excitement. Also, the pics and staging was very professional. The home was also priced right in the present market. The sale was a little more complicated due to the personal items up for sale. Stella allowed us to negotiate directly with the seller on the personal items, which we appreciated very much. Stella was able to keep both parties satisfied even though the closing took longer than usual due to the seller building a new home and us not wanting to move until the fall. She continued to stay on top of all paperwork and deadlines. The title company she utilizes was top notch as well. Overall, this was a very good experience.

My husband and I are right in the middle of selling our current home and buying our new home with Michael. And we cannot say enough great things about him! He is a really hard worker and he makes you feel like you're his first priority. Always punctual and responsive. Our favorite thing about working with Michael is his construction knowledge of the homes - we feel we can trust his advice - which is helpful when buying an older home. THANKS MICHAEL - sad our time working together is coming to an end. But luckily it's ending in a beautiful new home!
