Angel went above and beyond to make our home-buying experience smooth and very enjoyable. With her help, we found the perfect house for us. Other agents could have done that. But Angel's warmth and professionalism put her in a league of her own. One example stands out: We lost a bid on an awesome 2-acre property. It even had a chicken coup. It was heart-breaking! But Angel wouldn't let us give up. A couple weeks later, we found another amazing place. On closing day, when she walked us into the backyard of our new home, we found that her team had built us a chicken-coup. It's so rare to find that kind of genuine concern for a client. We're on Team Young!

Karen is absolutely amazing! She knew as well as I did from the moment I saw the house that this was the one & only one for me. There was no plan B! She made it her goal to see that my dream came true. She is very knowledgeable about the market conditions & housing options. She was with me every step of the way from the initial showing to closing. She was always available to talk & text. She answered all of my questions, including some I didn't know to ask. I always felt like I was her top priority. She calmed me when I panicked, stayed positive & focused when I lost sight of the end goal. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I met with several realtors before deciding the work with Von. I was impressed with the thoroughness of her research and in-depth analysis in determining the listing price for my home. Most other realtors just thought for a moment and threw out a number. Von was professional, direct, and honest in providing detailed guidance about which upgrades must happen before photographing/listing and which things were a waste of money. Von’s contractor contacts were instrumental in getting my house ready on my aggressive timeline. All work was done and the house was listed 3 weeks from the date we first met. The house sold on the 3rd day on the market with multiple offers. She was a tough negotiator on my behalf when finishing closing the deal and closely read the contract before sending to me to sign. Closing went very smoothly and then Von sent a lovely, thoughtful gift to my new house. I cannot say enough good things about what a highly competent, hard working professional Von is.
