Experienced, informed, friendly, relaxed- Bryan is a no-pressure agent, intently focused on helping his clients find the living space that fits them best. Whether looking for a rental or a purchase, Bryan knows the market well. But most importantly, Bryan pays attention. We felt anxious to get a house before school started, so we made an offer on a house in our target neighborhood and got it inspected. After the inspection, I was sitting outside on the back porch, sifting through my doubts. Bryan was the first to notice (even before my husband), and he sat down on the stoop next to me and asked me to share my thoughts. Afterward, he said, "you don't like this house." I agreed. He said, "no problem, but from now on if you don't like the kitchen, we aren't putting in an offer." Bryan paid close attention to how I feel and made my happiness the priority of his job, not the sale. It took us 6 more months to find our home and the only disappointment we have is that we don't get to see Bryan every weekend anymore. When we are ready to make another move, Bryan will be the agent we call.
