I recently had the pleasure of working with the amazing Shelly who truly felt like an angel in disguise. From the very beginning, her attention to detail and dedication to helping me find the perfect home was nothing short of remarkable. She went above and beyond, making me feel like I was her top priority every step of the way. Working with Shelly was like having a supportive family member by my side throughout the entire process. Her warmth and genuine care for our needs made the experience not only seamless but also enjoyable. She took the time to understand our preferences, guiding us towards properties that were an ideal fit for our expanding family. But what truly sets Shelly apart is her unwavering commitment to excellence. Her expertise and knowledge of the market were evident in every interaction. She left no stone unturned, ensuring that all the necessary details were taken care of, and I felt secure in our decision. In short, Shelly has been a true blessing. We are incredibly grateful for her guidance, professionalism, and above all, her genuine kindness. Shelly is a rare find and a true gem in the real estate world.

The Property was well marketed and a Great Effort in Preparing the Property for Showings. The Open Houses held were Marketed and the Agents who did the Open Houses put in a lot of effort in doing the showings. Communication between the Agent and the Owner was Exceptional and also maintained Good Communication between the Opposing Agent and the Owner. The House was Presented really well the Marketing of the House and the Effort that went into getting it sold was Remarkable. Glenda was on top of things, her Approach and style of Presenting the Property to the Public and the way she handled the entire Process was Extraordinary. It was a Great Experience working with Glenda and I would highly Recommend her to anyone who is Looking into selling their house and or buying a House. It was a Great Opportunity to be able to work with Glenda who made the whole Process so easy from start to the end.

Liz is fantastic! She responds to questions quickly and is a pleasure to work with. Liz points out the pros & cons of the houses as we toured. She is very knowledgeable of the areas and did a great job of identifying what we wanted and to make sure the house meets OUR NEEDS! She is very professional & proactive in researching homes in our preferred area and within our budget. I highly recommend Liz.

We probably made things more difficult for Stella, because we were an all cash buyer and we did not want realtor representation. We were also an out of town buyer so we negotiated a price prior to arriving two days later. Stella did a great job communicating back and forth with us and the seller. The home description was spot on and drew our excitement. Also, the pics and staging was very professional. The home was also priced right in the present market. The sale was a little more complicated due to the personal items up for sale. Stella allowed us to negotiate directly with the seller on the personal items, which we appreciated very much. Stella was able to keep both parties satisfied even though the closing took longer than usual due to the seller building a new home and us not wanting to move until the fall. She continued to stay on top of all paperwork and deadlines. The title company she utilizes was top notch as well. Overall, this was a very good experience.
