I am a single mother and a first time home buyer who had been looking for about 4 months. By the time I got referred to Brian I was frustrated and ready to give up. I spoke with Brian on the phone Sunday afternoon and scheduled to meet up and look at houses on Tue. By wed night my offer was excepted and I had a house. 60 days later I moved into my new house.
