Can you say CONTRACT for asking price in 48 hours in this bad market. I wish I could give her more stars. She is not a nine to five person so you will be getting text with updates or requests at any given time. I did list my house a little above market price because of the condition and attributes of the house. Angela knocked it out of the park! I told her what money I needed to end up with and she worked the numbers backwards to get me a little more. She worked to make it easy and less stressful for me. I just did what she ask me to do immediately. She did all the work! Thank God I don’t have a house anymore but if I did I would certainly use her to sell it. Thank Angela and your TEAM for everything!

This was the second time we have worked with Jeanette. She helped us purchase our home when we moved into so we thought she would be a great fit for us to sell our house. Jeanette was masterful as she helped us navigate the sell of our home. She was able to prepare us for the challenging market, helped us avoid and overcome the hurdles that were before us. we would defiantly work with Jeanette again.

We've purchased two homes and sold one with Susan as our realtor. We love her negotiation style and how she brings an objective perspective to pull us back to reality when things start to get emotional. Above all she cares about our desired outcome, gives us feedback about how realistic that is along with the risks, options to overcome those risks, and works with us to develop an action plan that we all agree on.
