Monica went above and beyond for us. She was with us every step of the way and was very clear about what to expect from day one. She brought a list the first day we met her, on the list was the pricing for everything, from inspection to appraisal, etc. She's quick to respond to your questions and anything she doesn't know, she will find out for you. She met us on every available occasion to look at houses. We must have looked at 30 houses, but she always made time for us and was professional and really sweet. She was determined to find us a home! We bid on at least a dozen houses before we got a bid accepted. (The market is crazy right now!) Monica even ran home on several occasions to write up the bid and submit it online before a deadline. The house we finally ended up getting was a HUD home so there was endless stacks of paperwork and rules and everything, but Monica kept in contact with the lender and the seller and the title company and coordinated things beautifully.
