She works with a wonderful stager and when our home went on the market, we had multiple offers on the first day. From there, she guided us very competently through the whole process, from signing the contract to inspection and follow-ups to appraisal, and finally, she even came with us to the closing (even took our picture afterwards with smiles on our faces).
