I changed realtors after my initial listing with a realtor from a different company attracted low offers. My neighbor referred me to his friend Tuan Le of Stansfield Realtors. He used a different marketing strategy because my property needed a few cosmetic repairs. I ended getting higher offers than I got with the initial listing agent.
