She kept us up to date on wherever we’re at in the process. Dawn knows her job well and she is very knowledgeable about the real estate industry and about how it all works and she passed all that knowledge on to us when we would have questions. We loved working with Dawn. There is no better agent to have if you are buying or selling a home. I highly recommend her.

We probably made things more difficult for Stella, because we were an all cash buyer and we did not want realtor representation. We were also an out of town buyer so we negotiated a price prior to arriving two days later. Stella did a great job communicating back and forth with us and the seller. The home description was spot on and drew our excitement. Also, the pics and staging was very professional. The home was also priced right in the present market. The sale was a little more complicated due to the personal items up for sale. Stella allowed us to negotiate directly with the seller on the personal items, which we appreciated very much. Stella was able to keep both parties satisfied even though the closing took longer than usual due to the seller building a new home and us not wanting to move until the fall. She continued to stay on top of all paperwork and deadlines. The title company she utilizes was top notch as well. Overall, this was a very good experience.

Shaheer was an amazing realator. He did not pressure us into getting a house and helped us fight to lower the price down significantly from the asking price. I would definitely recommend him to anybody looking to purchase a house. Thank you for your great work Shaheer.
