We were striking out into the market for our first home and were just lost, but Trudi was a guiding light that helped us get through everything, step by step. She attended all meetings with sellers and builders, asked so many great questions, took notes and looked out for us the whole way. One seller was kind, but pretty pushy at first, but Trudi gracefully and eloquently set realistic expectations in the meeting and made sure we only dealt with the best and most up-front and efficient sales people, anyone else was cut short, she was so awesome! She answered our texts, calls and emails promptly(sometimes even late at night)and communicated with us regularly, sometimes just to check in and make sure we were handling the anxiety of it all and giving us comforting pep talks when things were tough, because our case was by no means an easy one or the usual "Turnkey" loan you'd see normally. Speaking of the loan, it was rough going, but she introduced us to connections that were able to reach deep and do the work to make sure we got the house we wanted(which was honestly unlikely at first) and that is something we deeply appreciate and love her for. Might seem odd to think of the word love when talking about a real estate agent, but she was so much more than that for us during this whole ordeal. She was like having a caring and cool aunt in your corner, ready to stand up for you and get things done while having your back, comforting you when it got tough. Trust me, you want Trudi in your corner if you're getting a home, we couldn't recommend her more.

As a first-time homebuyer, I expected the process to be much more stressful and overwhelming than it turned out to be. I fully expected to spend weeks or months scrolling Zillow, but Trudi was able to quickly hone in on what I liked vs didn't, and I ended up making an offer on the second house we looked at in person. Trudi was an excellent communicator through the entire process. She patiently answered all of my first-time homebuyer questions, whether through text, phone calls, or emails, and she was always responsive and willing to explain things to me. I especially appreciated how knowledgeable she was about the Plano/Richardson area, pricing, and market conditions. She gave honest advice, helped me understand what was worth worrying about and what wasn't, and kept the process moving forward every step of the way. She was also flexible with my schedule, which made everything much easier to manage. With Trudi, I always felt like she had my best interests in mind. Buying your first home is intimidating, but Trudi made the experience feel organized, manageable, and far less stressful than I expected. If you're looking for a realtor who knows her stuff, communicates well, and can successfully guide a first-time buyer through the process, I'd highly recommend Trudi.
