I've used Melodee on the purchase/sale on 3 homes now over the years. She is always going out of her way one way or another to help me find the right home and insure I receive the best deal for on the sale of my homes. This year we were selling and buying during the Texas 2021 winter storm. It presented some new obstacles for both of us, but we "weathered the storm", found a buyer and a new home. She was also able to give me guidance on the right time to put it on the market and which buyers offer was the best. Lene was there every step of the way from helping me get my house ready and stage appropriate all the way to the close. I would highly recommend her and will definitely be working with her again.
