Either process is difficult and can be overwhelming she was there every step of the way. Whether it is was just a phone call to see how everything was going or walking me through the paperwork, she was there for it all. Customer service is something that I feel has gotten lost in today’s fast pace of buy and sell. It’s rare that you have someone like Pam treat you like a person and your concerns, no matter how small, are of the utmost importance. I highly recommend Pam to anyone. She is not only my relator but someone I consider family.
