My wife and I could only get to TN to shop for land every once and a while. It meant we really needed a sharp person to help us. Melissa Hubbard was absolutely amazing. She always answers her phone and email promptly, and she writes and calls back nearly immediately as well. It is incredible, when so many people had been so slack about occasionally returning calls or emails. Melissa just stood out so far ahead of everyone else. We closed and we hope if we ever need a realtor we will be lucky enough to work with her again. She is a veteran and a sharp person and we loved working with her!
