I highly recommend Chris Rains. He performed miracles for us. We asked Chris to evaluate our home over a year ago and then got guilted into using another realtor that was a business associate of my husband. Needless to say, that was a disaster. After 6 months of already being on the market with a sub-par realtor Chris came in with a fresh, new outlook; helped us with re-arranging concepts for our amazing home photo shoot that he arranged and within 3 weeks of putting our house back on the market he had an offer for us and got us straight into a contract and closed the deal. Chris was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, he really cared about us, understood our needs from the very first time we met him, and helped us out when we needed him.
