Valerie Miller met with us on short notice and went out of her way to help us. Our situation was complex as we had recently gone through a remortgage and now needed to both sell a home and buy a new one. She made keeping these processes seperated possible by always being available for questions. She was able to guide us through all the paperwork and to ease our worries about all that was happening. She went above and beyond to be sure we were able to accomplish each task necessary and did so in such a friendly and welcoming manner that we have remained friends even after everything was accomplished.
