19 years ago Alease Madewell was our agent when we bought 237 Bone Cave Rd. Rock Island, Tn. She was a great and professional agent. So, 19 years later when it was time to sell said property who better than Alease to guide us through the ins and outs of the sale. She out preformed our expectations, the still pictures were great, showing all the important features of the inside and outside of our home. The aerial picture turned out to really show prospective buyer the actual size and boundaries of the property. Alease got the information out on all the real estate medium that was available to her. We had a showing the very first day it went on the market and sold on the 5th day on the market. Alease kept us up to date on everything, i.e. bank inspector, termite inspector, what the buyers offer was, etc. All while she was going through personal issue and a death in her family of a very close relative. Can't say enough about her dedication to us as the sellers in making a very stressful time go as smoothly as possible. Would we recommend Alease to friends and relatives, most definitely she is very professional, takes interest in detail and listens to concerns of us as sellers..

Dave is by far the best agent we have ever worked with and that says a lot. It's hard to find a good agent, most are not focused on the customer, the situation, needs, wants or must haves. That's so important to us because we don't want to waste a lot of time looking at the wrong properties and not getting closer to the right home. Dave has become a friend, not just an agent. We honestly feel that Dave would not make a recommendation unless he was certain it is a good option. Another great thing to touch on is the fact that Dave is always available whenever we need to reach him and that's impressive for a busy agent. We have worked with Dave now to buy and sell. She did marketing i had never heard of and i had more showing in 4 days than i had in 3 years of having it listed before listing with her.
