Most don't even ask many questions to really understand the customer at all and are just looking for a quick sale. Dave works to connect with the customer by asking the right questions like budget, amenities, needs, area, hobbies, interests, schooling, shopping and goals. Dave discovers the whole situation, he earns the right to make recommendations that fit. That's so important to us because we don't want to waste a lot of time looking at the wrong properties and not getting closer to the right home. Dave has become a friend, not just an agent. We honestly feel that Dave would not make a recommendation unless he was certain it is a good option.
