From the first time Teresa Renfroe from Mark Spain Realty came into our living room to give us information on how to market our property for sale we were very impressed. We were so impressed that we did not even bother to interview any other real estate agents. She was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. She laid out and effectively explained all options that Mark Spain offered. We opted for the traditional sale. Within 2 days of the listing we had more hits than we anticipated. Ms. Renfroe was on top of all appointments and worked tirelessly to make our very swift offer a reality. If she could not take phone calls she would make sure that she returned them even when we least expected. Within 30 days, from the inception of the offer we closed on our property.

Our time spent with our agent Amber was wonderful. She was 5 star from start to finish! She came with knowledge, professionalisms, experience, and execution. Her ability to multitask and cord-nation of multiple contacts all with there own individual hurdles in there-self was amazing. She comes very highly recommend!

Teri communicated with me everyday. I felt like I was her only client. She has a great sense of humor and is very personable. She made sure the house showed at it's best and kept me informed about each showing. She was knowledgable about the market in Nashville and what sells a house. I couldn't have had a better realtor.

She was very responsive to my questions concerning selling the property!! Highly recommend!
