My wife and I really enjoyed working with Paul Stagner as we searched for a home in Franklin, TN. Paul is very knowledgeable about the market. He is prompt to respond and went out of his way to make sure we found the right home. We would highly recommend Paul if you are looking for a realtor in this market.

I wasn't sure what I was looking for and Todd helped with narrowing down choices and viewing homes. The market is hot so the homes were going very quick but we were able to secure a viewing and have an offer in on the first day a home was available. Above and beyond great customer service. He kept me updated during the approval process, home inspection, appraisal, etc. This was extra helpful as I was out of the state for the majority of the final part. All in all, very much appreciated.

Would recommend him as realtor. He got us a quick sale and full price. He helped with any problem that came up.
