Nancy has been great helping us buy our retirement land. Not only does she do a great job of communicating about the real estate transaction, but she has been so helpful providing us with information on the Pulaski area and community as we make plans to move that way in the future. She is helpful, kind and a great member of the community. We look forward to staying friends with her and her family.

The day we met Marty, she immediately made us feel like family. Every showing, every appointment was always on our time, she always made sure to accommodate us. Even when she was unavailable, she made herself available. Even when we drug her along to seven different houses in a day, on multiple occasions, she never got impatient with us or lost her charm, and she always told us that the process was about what we wanted and never tried to pressure us for a sale. We would hire Marty a million times over again.

Sherrill is a wonderful person firstly, and a great real estate agent too. I called her morning, noon and night and she was always ready to help or give words of encouragement! She has lots of experience and it shows in the way she handles dealing with anything relating to buying or selling a home. If I choose to sell and buy elsewhere later on- I will call her first thing!
