Jimmy came for the initial walkthrough and didn't just talk comps and price. He walked every room and told us exactly what buyers would notice, what they'd overlook, and what was worth fixing versus what was a waste of money. His staging advice was specific and practical. Move this couch, take down those shelves, put the kids' bikes in the garage instead of the side yard. Small things that completely changed how the house photographed. And the photos themselves were outstanding — he brought in a photographer he works with regularly and the listing looked like something out of a magazine. Our neighbor asked if it was even the same house. We listed on a Thursday. Jimmy walked us through both line by line, not just the dollar amount but the financing, the contingencies, the likelihood of each buyer actually closing. Inspection came back clean. Appraisal hit. The thing I keep telling people is that Jimmy never made us feel like a transaction. He answered every call, explained everything in plain language, and genuinely seemed to care that we felt good about letting go of a house that meant a lot to us. That matters more than people realize until they're in the middle of it. Sell with Jimmy. You won't regret it!

Really enjoyed purchasing our new home and listing our old home with George and his team. They did an outstanding job not only marketing but helping us through a very stressful process allowing us to not feel pressured or rushed.
