Brandon helped us find the house where we will raise our family. For us, the most important factor was the school zone which significantly limited the number of properties available. Brandon took the extra time to locate properties that were not even on the market which lead us to the house we eventually bought. Brandon has many helpful contacts in the real estate industry to assist with financing and inspection- he was even able to get us a per-approval letter on a Sunday morning to complete our offer.

We ran into a very unique situation in this purchase as the seller passed away, and the property went into succession. Derrick took care of everything proactively to ensure that all we needed to do was have a brief conversation to understand the status of everything that was important to us. He went above and beyond to ensure that The situation was moving forward as quickly as possible.

From start to finish, Leigh Ann was a wonderful guide throughout the home-buying process. As a first time buyer, I never doubted Leigh Ann’s first priority was making sure we found our home: not simply selling us a house. I would strongly encourage anyone who values expert representation to connect with Leigh Ann. She won’t disappoint!
