Incredible real estate agent, it was love at first sight for me and husband. We knew right away that she was the realtor for us. As first time homebuyers she helped us ask the tough questions and helped us negotiate every step and helped us keep things moving. She understood our vision and what we wanted in a house and she more than delivered. She was very responsive with every question we had and kept us updated almost everyday up to closing. Highly highly recommend her for any house or land buying in your future.

My husband and I recently purchased our first home with Russ as our Realtor. I reached out to him one evening and by later that same evening he had some showing scheduled for us. On day one of searching (very rare in the Knoxville, TN market right now), we had an offer accepted. He was great with explaining to us the process and was so responsive to any questions I had.
