When my step-dad who was caring for my elderly invalid mom passed away suddenly, I needed help. Both my sister and I lived out of state, and mom could not care for herself. I sold, gave and threw away the items in her house, and packed her up and a week before we were to move her out of state and place the house for sale, I found out that Lynn who was my mom's neighbor was a real estate agent, and we signed the contract with her to sell the house.
