Michael did a great job with us in our pursuit of a lake home. He was patient. He was able to discern our wants and needs. And he found the ideal place for us on our favorite lake in Tennessee. Then he negotiated like a bulldog! And now we have it! But he didn’t stop there. He has been a huge help in getting the place set with finding contractors for needed repairs, doing odds and ends, and even driving an hour to the place to take care of assorted issues. My wife and I have been very pleased with his care.
