I listed my house on Houzeo as a FSBO so Darrell was assigned to assist with the MLS listing and updates. Darrell was very helpful in explaining the process and answering all my questions, and he was very timely in getting any needed changes made on the MLS listing.

Bob took the time to talk to us to gain an understanding of what we were looking for before showing us even one listing. His knowledge of the lake and the available listings helped him narrow down our search. We are not from the immediate area, and had many questions for him.
