We cannot say enough good about Caitlyn! She helped us buy our part-time for now, future full-time home, and at a distance to our current home. We were open to various geographic areas, but had some other specific considerations. She listened and remembered all of it over the course of several months, even little side jokes, and was interactive and engaging with our teenage daughter. She was always responsive, drove everywhere we asked, took great videos of homes when we could not be there ourselves, and helped connect us with professionals who could answer specific property questions. She provided insights on space, design, features, etc, helped us weigh options and considerations, and worked tirelessly on our behalf through negotiation and closing.
