Jessica was friendly and quick. In a market like we have in Morristown there are fewer properties available. We were able to view the property the same day it came on market, and we loved it. We put in an offer and it was almost immediately accepted. The closing process while never without stress went smoothly and we were in our house in less than 4 weeks.

120 Dave Hughes Road Roan Mountain
L.B. and Tam are amazing to work with. They made the process of selling our house smooth and stress-free. They handled all of the little details and didn't make us feel like we were being pressured at all. It was so great knowing we could rely on them to guide us through the process and they were available to talk or answer questions any time. This was our second time using them - one to buy land and this time to sell. They are really nice people too and know their stuff, which can be hard to find in a real estate agent. Highest recommendation.
