My home purchasing process was a bit of a ride. Through it all, Liesel remained with a warm and understanding spirit. I really appreciated how readily available she was to answer all of my questions or provide me with updates. Always just a phone call away! She communicated well and ensured things were moving along accordingly which created a calm reassuring process with my first time purchasing a home.

Sally was excellent. She has a thorough and effective marketing plan and handled everything from start to finish. She is a people person and even helped get the house ready for sale by working in the flower beds! We will definitely use Sally when it comes time to sell again!

Katie went above and beyond in our home buying process. She helped handle our paperwork with the sellers and made our selling process so easy. On the day of the move she even showed up with a uhaul in her heels when pur movers said they couldn't fit anymore on the truck. One year ago... we were looking for a home near Nashville when there were really none that fit our needs at the time. After a long search, our daughter turned us onto DOUG as she had him for a home she purchased a few years earlier. DOUG found us a home that was a perfect fit in Spring Hill at a fair price that wasn’t even listed yet on the MLS. Today, DOUG helped us sell that home as a move out of state prompted the sale. We wanted to originally list during the holiday season, however, being a slow market time DOUG suggested that we wait until after the holidays to keep the listing fresh. DOUG did suggest that we place a Coming Soon sign in the yard Incase there were any interested parties. Then BANG! A couple saw the Coming Soon sign and inquired about the house. The next day the couple came through the home and made an offer! The offer was accepted and the rest is history. There were a few small bumps along the way on the buyers side but DOUG stayed on top of the situations and kept us advised. By doing that, we were very assured that the sale would be made and his communications kept us calm and collected. Would we use DOUG again? YES!!! Both experiences were nothing but positive and his fun, caring yet professional attitude made the journeys enjoyable...where they could of been stressful by most other realtors.
