It was our first time buying a house but she made sure we were comfortable and fully understood everything. My husband and I worked with Josue Collado, He was a very down to earth and patient real-estate agent who didn't pressure us into buying but also advocated for us. Although at times I felt like we needed a little more guidance since we were first time buyers, I appreciated that he looked out for us with giving us recommendations for lenders, insurance, inspectors and helped set up some of those things. 'The biggest thing that I will be grateful is him realizing that our lender was trying to/had deceive(d) us. Josue went above and beyond to figure out what was going on and even talked with our lender and their legal team to advocate for us.
