From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, professional, and shockingly fast (in the best way). Our home property sold in record time, and that is entirely thanks to the thoughtful strategy Jennifer and her team put together. The quality of the presentation was outstanding—from gorgeous photography and stunning video footage to a smart, well-orchestrated plan for showings, an open house, and strong social media presentation. They guided us towards getting our property ready to sell and made it look amazing - all resulting in us getting a price we were thrilled to sell for. Communication was another huge standout. We were kept in the loop constantly and never once felt unsure about what was happening or what the next step would be. You can tell this group is a well-oiled machine. Jennifer herself was a dream to work with. She fought hard for what we wanted in negotiations, protected our interests, and made sure we were getting a great deal—all while remaining transparent, kind, and fair to the other buyers/sellers. This includes navigating some colorful personalities on the buying side with total professionalism. Jennifer did an amazing job helping my mom sell her home. My mom wasn’t sure how she wanted to proceed during and after the house sold, but Jennifer was willing to show her different options and was flexible in the planning process. Once we received offers, she was quick to respond to both us and the buyers agent which allowed the negotiations to progress smoothly. She was not afraid to stand up for my mom in negotiations or do what it took to help the deal go through. She offered many times to assist with contacts for repairs, lawn maintenance, moving, etc. I highly recommend her!
