She ran it just as tightly: she got the sellers to repair the HVAC and a structural issue before closing, at their expense, and stayed on top of the paperwork, the title company, and the deadlines so we didn't have to. Two things stand out. She is always reachable — texts answered nights and weekends, and we never once had to chase her. And she knows Signal Mountain and the market cold, which is exactly what made both of these deals possible. Sarah is our realtor for future transactions for sure.
