Jessica was amazing to work with! We became connected by renting one of her great investment properties in Nashville. She is knowledgeable, professional, and was dedicated to helping us find our first home. A few things that we most appreciated: her heart of a teacher (she explained every step/detail), her willingness to connect us with countless vendors and an incredibly easy to work with mortgage company, as well as how present she was during the whole process (we were never passed around to multiple assistants or associates). Jessica is extremely accommodating regarding scheduling viewings and making herself available on short notice when necessary, which is an impressive feat with young children! She negotiated the purchase of our home seamlessly and we were so grateful for her laidback/non-pushy demeanor. I could go on and on... all together a JOY to work with.
