Marty wore every hat you could possible wear to help get the house in shape to be put on the market. He checked up on the house and proactively addressed any potential issues he saw. He mowed the yard, he planted flowers, he fixed window screens, he installed outdoor faucet covers before a freeze warning. You name it, he was a Jack of all trades and he was pleasant throughout the entire experience. He always answered when we called and he was very reliable and transparent through the whole process.
