I actually followed him on social media for a couple of months prior to choosing a realtor, and ultimately his expertise in East Nashville and his background fixing up fixer uppers led me to chose him. He was super quick to respond and meet with me. Immediately had 6 options for me to go see that same afternoon. He could easily tell me what improvements I could make, how much each type of repair would cost, and had contacts to pass along for reliable local handymen/plumbers/electricians/etc. He also negotiated so that the seller paid half of my closing costs. I will absolutely work with him again when I'm ready to buy my next home.
