Steven Cunningham is an awesome, AWESOME realtor. He went to bat for us when we really needed it. Many times, he traveled all the way down to our house (45 min from his office and region) and personally rolled his sleeves up to get our house in the best shape possible to sell. Our neighbors all remarked at how often he was there and how hard he worked. He asked permission to get some stuff to fix up the outside a little bit for an agreed budget and di a great job! He often sells higher ticket houses than ours, but he put 110% into securing top bids for our house. He is the kindest man, a true "Southerner," and was a rock star all the way through.
