Very stressful!

While Sommer and Ginger were very personable and communicative, we were very aware that the buyers agent was in the same office and we and all the agents were going to the ninth to please the buyer who needed help. We never felt the buyer was trying to work with us on anything and that we were expected to pay all costs, which we did.. We bought our house originally through them and it was a much better experience.

House hunting was an enjoyable experience

Christina Slade was very knowledgeable of the market and was an asset during negotiations. Her team was constantly updating the progress of the purchase and financing activities. Christina was always available to conduct realty visits , which was very important since we lived over 200 miles from the house search area.
