I've dealt with a handful of realtors during our homebuying process and Shelley is hands down the best! She's so professional and knowledgeable and whenever any little issue came up she was clear and quick to come up with a solution! Other realtors made me feel like we weren't worth their time because of our small budget, but Shelley knew how important this process was for us! I'm sure she has dozens of other homebuyers that she is working with, but she bent over backwards to get us the house of our dreams!! She also arranged for us to be shown a house while she was on vacation with her fellow Red Bird realtor Ashwin and he was very friendly and accommodating!

This was our first time home purchase. Misty made this process a breeze and was there at any time to answer any questions we had. She checked in with us periodically even during the slow times of the process. I believe with Misty it was more about us as clients than it was for her to make a sale.
