We went from house to house and over 200 miles until we found the right home for our needs. He walked us through the offer process and crafted a solution that closed the deal quickly. Once we were under contract he went the above and beyond to walk the house with our inspector and even went down there to get the keys for us at closing since we closed in a different city. We made this as complicated as possible and Shad held our hands the entire way.
