I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor, a true Godsend. We aren’t originally from the area and he made the whole process extremely easy and effortless (partly because he did a ton of work to go above and beyond for us). He really cared about us and treated the property we purchased as if it was his own. He looks out for your best interest with every decision. He is honest and respectful and extremely knowledgeable. I could probably write three more paragraphs about his expertise and how awesome the guy is. I rated five stars, but I really would give him ten out of five stars. HIGHLY recommend him.

Our unusual situation was handled with care and devotion until every project/problem was resolved and the house became viable for the home sale market. It sold in a timely manner. Honest, Excellent, Professional and Devoted... Anita was always available to answer our questions, facilitate actions for repairs, and she acted with integrity. All that she says can be believed for her character is apparent in everything she handles. Her 28 years of hands-on experience was evident in every unique situation in which she was placed. We did not know Anita until we needed to sell the inherited home. Her motivation is not for monetary gain. Her motivation is to accomplish the sale properly and in a timely manner. Simply said, Anita Tate is the best realtor there is and was an absolute delight with whom to work.

She has all the answers or is willing to go get them. It was a good advocate for me as a buyer, and a trusted advisor.
