I was thinking about moving into the Lexington, KY area. I did not know much about the area. Sam was very willing to show me homes in a variety of town's and explain the benefit's of each area. I found this knowledge to be very helpful. Whenever I had a question about a property, Sam would let me know if there was anything structurally wrong with it. He know that I did not want to get involved with that. I found Sam's responsiveness and negotiation skills spot on. He really had my best interest in mind. This made the whole process much easier. She advocated for my best interest and connected me with the providers and assistance I needed. She worked closely with my loan agent, attended showings & inspections with me. Literally was by my side the entire journey. When closing day came, we celebrated the completion together and she continues to assist me even after the ink dried!!!!
