Lucy was a blessing for us. Brand new to Tennessee and unable to find a suitable rental, Lucy went way out of her way, multiple times, to help us find a nice (dog friendly) house with a 6-month lease. Lucy to the rescue! She found the perfect house, right in the area we wanted to be. And then, when we were ready to purchase a home, Lucy was with us every step of the way. She's a true professional, with outstanding knowledge and experience. But perhaps the quality we are most thankful for is her patience. We had a ton of questions and she was very, very responsive every time. Finding her was a true blessing and I cannot recommend her more highly.

I had quite a bit of hesitation because of past home issues and a list of musts. I really needed someone knowledgeable in my needs and Danielle was on it and so helpful. She held my hand through the whole process, eased my nerves, was never pushy or sales-y, she wanted me to be happy with my big purchase! Communication, service were wonderful. I'll be in this home a while but when I'm ready to sell, I'll be using Danielle again. Cannot recommend her enough!
