She explained how different types of properties may need different types of loans and institutions, such as land only to build on vs land with a site built home vs land with a manufactured home. Her attention to detail was inspiring and we trusted her completely. Her persistence on the importance of diligence of the home inspections during the contract period actually saved us from purchasing a farm where the well water had been compromised and contaminated by a faulty and broken septic tank. She took care of everything to remove us from the contract.
