We met Derek while he was working with friends of ours on the purchase of their home. From the beginning, he listened to what we were looking for and guided us through the process. Our process began with looking at existing homes. He promptly met us at each appointment and was full of insight regarding each property. He followed up after each visit to get our feedback. He was professional and respected our thoughts of the homes we visited and never pushed us to buy if it wasn't a right fit. We finally decided on new construction and Derek was there each step of the way from pre-construction, site walks and closing. in 2018, Susan was the ONLY realtor that would show us houses while in TN on a visit. We did not have an appointment and we popped in to check out what we could afford at the time. She took us to the homes in our price range that very minute AND IT WAS RAINING! We did not find a house that trip, but Susan went to every house we found while we were in California. The one we finally found and bought ONLY happened because she was diligent and knew her job so well!
