My agent (Laletta Smith) was a true blessing on my homebuying journey! Very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. She kept me informed and empowered during this journey. She advocated for my best interest and connected me with the providers and assistance I needed. She worked closely with my loan agent, attended showings & inspections with me. Literally was by my side the entire journey. When closing day came, we celebrated the completion together and she continues to assist me even after the ink dried!!!!

She explained how different types of properties may need different types of loans and institutions, such as land only to build on vs land with a site built home vs land with a manufactured home. Her persistence on the importance of diligence of the home inspections during the contract period actually saved us from purchasing a farm where the well water had been compromised and contaminated by a faulty and broken septic tank.
