First of all, Connor Gaines with Cumberland Real Estate was an absolute blessing. I cannot say enough great things about him and the G Team! We had mentioned to him that we wanted to move last year and he came out, looked at the house and was like “okay, let’s do this...”. We told him we wanted to hold off for another year and wait until we took our trip to Panama. The day we came back from Panama, we got a text from Conner — “You guys ready...”. He came in, explained everything in a casual conversation-like fashion and got the ball immediately rolling. Our home sold QUICK!
