Teri communicated with me everyday. I felt like I was her only client. She has a great sense of humor and is very personable. She made sure the house showed at it's best and kept me informed about each showing. She was knowledgable about the market in Nashville and what sells a house. I couldn't have had a better realtor.

We moved from out of state- didn’t know the area at all. Beth did numerous Zoom-showings, took videos of the different areas, noting traffic patterns, neighboring houses, etc. She fielded emotional texts, wildly vacillating preferences, and all around very demanding clients with grace, good humor, and patience. In the end, the house we purchased was found entirely by Beth - we didn’t see it on Zillow, and we couldn’t be happier. She earned every cent of her compensation and then some, we’re so blessed we got to work with her!
